I was also surprised when Karen said Pelvic Floor. Ian mentioned the "plank" in yoga. I loved his demo of "tucking in" the hips/bum and how not to do it.

I am so of Abbey's figure..that amazing flat tummy after having a baby!! I thought she seemed quite likeable on itt.

Bruce is off with flu this weekend. He's being replaced by Claudia. Much as he irritates me I hope he gets well soon.

Poor Bruce. He will need a month or so off for that. At least.

According to BBC he only needs a week.

He should follow Sparklingbrook's advice and take a month off. At his age, he needs to take his time recovering from the flu. Seriously.

YY poor Brucie needs to take time to recover properly at his age.

Is it me or have a lot of the celebs and presenters had botox and plastic surgery work done? FF especially she may be 56 but she's had about 56000£ of work done IMO Karen Hardy as well, Even Zoe 's had something unflattering done why do they effin' do it?? sorry about the rant

Hello Impo I like her too a lot; her knowledge is amazing but she's either had very good botox or an expensive FL (I say that but sometimes stars have FLs which make them look like someone else and they must 've cost huge amounts of money for what?) 'cos she doesn't have any wrinkles now. She looks good but botox is a poison and it stretches the skin so when it disappears it leaves you MORE wrinkly !!

I've just caught up on Wednesday's, I like seeing the training footage.

One thing that has made me laugh though is that nobody seems sure what 'relation' Ashley's OH (sorry, I can't remember her name) is to him. First it was his wife, then his fiancée and now his girlfriend.
