Last Night's Midsomer Murders - the Chess one - whodunnit - spolier please!

Can anyone tell me what happened in the last half an hour and whodunnit? I fell asleep and it's not in iplayer yet! I lost the plot around about the time that Fay Ripley was in the police station babbling on about how she was in love with Finn, the boy who was going to elope with Harriet.

Hi-just watched it.

The young chess player hit Finn as he liked Harriet & didn't want her to run away.

He ran for help & the Dr was driving by-it was her.

She hit Harriet & kidnapped Finn & swore the chess player to secrecy.

One of the blokes who had worked with Finn's dad & then killed himself was her brother.

(They had been brought up in care separately).

So it was revenge for his death-she blamed Finn's dad, I think.

Brilliant, thanks Diddl. So was Finn dead or just kidnapped?
