I am not anti Justin - I am just fed up of seeming him on every blooming programme ds and I have watched today. He even does the voice of one of the Tweenies (Jake?). Rant over...Grin

Lol! I looked at this thread in active convos and was sure I started the same thread. Then I realised it was my thread

Thank the lord my ds is at school now and I no longer have to suffer, except effing Chuggington and now my ds thinks because he has been to Disneyland and Thomasland that means there is a Chuggingtonland and apparently someone else in his class is going there too! Arrghh

When at our most puerile, dh and I mimic Justin. Especially when wearing his silly umbrella hat.

Look, I'm a knob.

You sign... knob.

I don't know why I'm sharing this. Please assume correctly that I don't do this in front of dd.

Chuggington, chugga chugga chugga chugginton.

Honk your horn Choo Choo...

Well that'll be going round my head all day then...

Kudos on the 3yr thread btw.

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 05/03/2009 16:51

Perhaps mumsnet should be renamed Justinefletchernet, blimey this thread has run for years despite the many other threads about him.

I am childishly snorting at 'you sign knob'

Fimbo · 05/03/2009 16:58

ROFL @ SOH

Damn you though as I have the bleeding Chuggington song going round in my head now

It's on in 10 minutes. We can all sing in weary resignation with fake smiles.

Better than the new improved postman pat with his helicopter and improbable moving of a piano on his own aided only by a grinning pony.

Feck me standards are dropping in this country.

cheekytor · 09/06/2009 13:22

Oh God thank the Lord I'm not alone!! Can't believe it there are other people out there that fancy Justin!! talk about wierd crushes he's gotta be one of the wierdest
kind of feels like an admission of something shamefull mind you .....not too much information

nomorecake · 09/06/2009 16:10

his voice is everywhere.

ds has a v-tech toy, car steering wheel with buttons etc, i'm sure thats Justins voice too.

but i cant be angry with him, he's a really good presenter, really engaging, ds (+dh!) really enjoy watching him.

saintmaybe · 09/06/2009 16:25

This thread has been going for 3 years!

thepurplestar · 24/08/2009 10:37

ooh, Justin did the birthdays on BBC2 this morning, didn't know he did the presenting too!

Hamnah · 24/08/2009 23:12

Oh My Goodness, I googled Justin Fletcher and found this thread lol lol

If the gorgeous Justin was to read this thread he'd be standing signing "Im Scared"
all those H*** house mummies lusting after him, ME INCLUDED......

He's such a hunny bun x

SueBrom · 13/09/2009 22:22

How many people start their message with 'I have just googled Justin Fletcher'? They should have a new programme 'Justin wants a wife', like all the other 'find me a wife' programmes. I would be first with the application form. I have even told the other half I will leave him if Justin ever even sneezes in my direction!!

Monadami · 14/09/2009 23:11

I was thinking the same thing the other day, he seems to have monopolised CBeebies and is everywhere.

Something Special
CBeebies Presenter
Chucklebiz
Voice on Timmy Time

Anything else?

paisleyleaf · 14/09/2009 23:55

sometimes Tikkabilla

Hememuma · 25/09/2009 12:52

Hi everyone this is my first post on this site! didnt even know you guys were here!
I was having a sneaky surf to found out more about the Genius who is Justin! How many hits!!!!
So glad im not the only mummy out there with a slight crush on the guy...i was beginning to worry about myself a bit! My 4 year old son is too blame forcing me to watch Gigglebitz and cbeebies!

Does anyone else agree that Justin looks scarily half decent as a woman!?

Must go out and find adult company now!!!

SomeGuy · 25/09/2009 22:35

I'm not sure that Justin does want a wife, if you catch my drift.

IsThatTheTime · 29/10/2009 22:38

I HEART the bloke off Doodle Doo, am so glad it is not just me :-)

adamadamum · 30/10/2009 23:28

I couldn't fancy Justin for anything, but I have a lot of respect for him. my daughter has special needs and it was through "Something Special" that we learned most of our Makaton (the sign language for people with special needs but not actually deaf)

A medical proffessional pointed me in his direction! And rightly so. I learnt most of my Makaton from Justin. I am confident that I am not alone.

I was so, so pleased to hear that he was awarded an M.B.E. for his services. He deserves it, without a doubt.

I can't understand women fancying him (but he is absolutely not my type!) as I do think he seems a little camp (though we all know that doesn't mean he is gay - some men do the camp thing for entertainment after all)

But I have total respect for this man. Maybe many of his fans are like me, a mother of a disabled child, so we appreciate what he does and has done for kids with special needs.

In all, I don't fancy him at all...but boy am I glad he is there, doing what he's doing!

teameric · 30/10/2009 23:32

PMSL at showofhands!
My brother looks like Justin it really pisses him off when someone points out the resemblance!

charlsmum · 09/11/2009 12:54

I realise this thread has been going on forever and I am just prolonging it but I thought lots would like to know this piece of info.. I have know Justin and his family for years and he does NOT bat for the other side, he is newly single and is a lovely, lovely bloke!

ilovestrictly · 13/11/2009 11:39

For all you Justin fans - he is in Panto in Horsham this year - I've just booked tickets!

Highlander · 15/11/2009 09:30

that guy is a huuuuuuuuuuuuuge talent; very deserving recipient of all the awards.

DS1 just loves Gigglebiz; I think children's humour is very difficult to get right, but Justin has it.

AppleTreeWick · 16/11/2009 12:22

Just spotted (apologies if it's already been discussed here but I'm on lunch break and am lazy)...Justin apparently is at the "Turning on the Christmas lights" thingummy at Bluewater (Essex) this Friday 20th.

Maybe we should get a Mumsnet group together with Justin scarfs and T-Shirts printed up...or maybe two competing groups (one in favour of all things Tumble one against) both with T-shirts obviously and petitions and maybe a picnic. Sigh has lovely daydream...

pocahontas22 · 09/03/2010 14:28

Doesn't Mr. Maker's fake joyous mood get on your nerves? I remember watching him yesterday with my son and drifted off dreaming of ways 2 shit him up permanently.. Lol

pocahontas22 · 09/03/2010 14:31

LOL at Show of Hands
