I am not anti Justin - I am just fed up of seeming him on every blooming programme ds and I have watched today. He even does the voice of one of the Tweenies (Jake?). Rant over...Grin

I do quite like Lord Tumble. Love a chunky man in a suit.

DS watches too much Thomas the Tank Engine and has confused "Fat Controller" and "remote control" into something called the "fat control". Which he can't pronounce properly, though he knows it switches the TV on.

So there are days he hangs around asking "mummy, where's the fuckin' troll? Mr Tumble? I want da fuckin' troll Mr Tumble!"

I have to explain it very carefully to visitors...

This thread is both terrifying and hilarious in equal measure Grin

Something Special is on right now in our house. You know when DS wants to watch as he just stands there bawling 'MR TUUUUUMBLLLLLLLLE!' into the remote...

I think Justin should be cast in Game of Thrones in a minor role where he gets killed. Nothing too horrible. It would just be satisfying. And he would get to sstretch his acting range. Anyone?

Hello NurseSarah, well, wasn't Leicester jolly? I don't know who was having the best time, the kids, the parents or Justin! Loved it! I much prefer Justin when he's just being Justin. Grin

Were you at the morning or afternoon one? In the morning, he got so covered in custard pie that his mic packed up, but he kept going like the effing true professional that he is, even joked about it it being 'a trifle muffled' Grin heart swells with intense half maternal half pervy pride at super awesomeness of the man

Would it be outrageous to travel all the way from Lincoln to Woking to see him in panto in December? I'm a fully paid up Justinaholic! And I certainly don't intend to pay the over-inflated prices they're charging for next year's CBeebies tour, so it'll be a long wait until next year's Camp Bestival!

Rather liking some of the new series of Gigglebiz, too, the writing is much better. The Robin Hood/minstrel thing makes me laugh, even though it's been ripped off various other sketch shows, and I was very relieved to see Nanna Knickerbocker not honking her norks this time around. That did give me the creeps!

Holy cow! !
How OLD is this thread? ?

How lovely to know Tumble Tarts existed this long ago.

Worrying to know someone tried to pretend to the man himself?
Maybe it was really him, but he pretended not to be himself makes sense

I'm going to see him in Leicester too, Eden263 - I can't wait

also not obsessed

Grin

Saw him at Camp Bestival at the weekend. Much better. Not that I could see anything, as everyone (clearly much stronger than I am!) had their kids on their shoulders. Gah! But he was clearly enjoying himself, from the sound of it. Have booked to see him at Leicester in October. That'll be 3 times this year. Not that I'm at all obsessed...ahem

Took DD to see the Justin & Friends show last week. Very disappointing. To do an arena tour but not have screens showing close-ups of the stage...Could've been anyone on the stage, and we weren't even at the back. The script was appallingly loose and disjointed. I really expected better. I guess it's all about the money. :(

Me and my DS got the chance to meet justin yesterday, after he visited his school.
What a miserable so and so he was! Hmm
Note to justin - You might feel miserable in your personal life, but next time you visit a school, with excited children and mums, make more of an effort!

rant over

Oh, Henchwench, bless you :o( (((hugs))) I got tricked in a similar way long ago when I did a fan website for something. Not to that extent, thankfully, but it still stings a bit when you find out the hard way. Hope you're OK? xx

I think he's brilliant and really does enjoy being with children! Thank you Justin!! Btw is he married? Just my curiousity.....he'd be a great father I bet!
