jamese, i need to get myself one of those sky+ things or write to the bbc and get them to put it on slightly later. (always mad here around tea time)

everyone should admit to watching it... its great fun...

dh has given into the fact that its a must see in this house and actually likes it to now!!

Its just a bit of harmless fun in comparison to the other soaps on TV and would much prefere dd watch neighbours than all the other rubbish...
although she doesnt really watch anything yet at she's only 8mths!!

blueamema - couldn't do without sky+ now, I had to go into hospital unexpectedly 2 weeks ago - and I didn't have to worry about anything - as it was all being taped automatically... neighours, home and away,sleeper cell and lost! what more did I have to worry about....

When I first started living with dh he used to moan and whinge about me watching Neighbours and Home & Away. Then one day I was home early so watched the afternoon episodes instead. Dh was most peeved. Turned out that he'd been secretly enjoying watching them all along and asked me to tape them for him. :o

blueamema - had gallbladder taken then - but had to go back in as they thought I had a blood clot in my lungs. But all ok now - and have just finished watching last nights episode. (my DD was quite miffed, as I turned off CBeebies....
I'll make her a soap fan soon.. much to DH disgust..
I have watched neighbours from the very 1st episode all those years ago.. God how long ago that was. so much has changed in my life, I was young, single, living at home with parents, now married, mum, older, and unfortunately both my parents are gone. When I see old clips of neighbours I can't help thinking of where I was watching it, and getting a bit(well a lot) teary eyed,.. Having my dad telling my mum and I what rubbish we were watching.. now its my DH telling me and my DD!!! something never change...

how wweird was it today. haven't seen it for a week and feel like I have missed a year

watched it today for first time in about a week, as DD is being bossy! lets see, o yes, Janae is openly saying to Boydie that she doesnt want a career ever and wants a baby now. He is horrified but being weak.

"The kids" (socalled by everyone, which really annoys me) moved in with Katya (sp?) and Susan is so upset that shes away visiting LIbby.

One of Pauls twin sons has arrived on the scene. Hes an eveil twin and taken the place of the good twin and wants revenge on everyone (da Da DAAAAAA!!)

was it the evil twin who blew up the plane???????

thanks for the update... still not seen it this week. This packing seems to be taking forever with dd learning to crawl at the same time!!! every time i turn my back she's rolled off somewhere new to start unpacking a bag i've just packed!!!

Yep, the evil twin has pretty much confessed to his brother that he blew up the plane.

I'm so glad it's not just me who finds the constance reference to "the kids" irritating.

When Katya originally came back she had changed her name to Catherine whatever-her-mother's-maiden-name was. So how come everyone still calls her Katya Kinski???
