how can i complain to CBBC about something in a programme?

googled cbbc, sent me to bbc complaints, but theres only 1 that says its for serious complaints, and that's it.

its serious enough for me to complain about it but not earth shattering as far as theyd be concerned...not that they ever are so really don't know why im bothering.

or can anyone put a link here I can go into?

just contacted beeb again and retracted complaint!! and yes I told them they can have a guffaw at my expense!

just said I obv took it the wrong way!
