I'm watching a BBC2 documentary about Thomas Cromwell (a man I had no interest in until a few years ago, thanks Hilary Mantel) and getting very annoyed at the messing about with old pictures. There is ONE image of Thomas Cromwell in existance and yet we can't just look at it, they have to mess about with it so different parts of the image are moving about at different times. I'm watching a fucking documentary about Thomas Cromwell on BBC2 (or BBC4 for goodness sake!), I think I can cope with an image that doesn't move. Humpf.
