First episode was on Sky Atlantic last night. I thought it was pretty good.

Just watching Tuesdays episode and loving it.

James purefoy is my new crush too - he actually looks a little bit like DH...

It's finally getting good again. They should have cut a few episodes out with all the twists and made it a shorter, much more slick and interesting series. Will Ryan save Claire? I think I might just be interested enough now to wonder.

I'm watching last nights now. In hindsight so much happened in the first episode didn't it? Lots of trickery revealed. How can you maintain that all the way through and keep it fresh and nail biting? I don't think you can.

What was Claire thinking?! Now look where it's got her and poor little Joey has been through enough. I thought she was going to get close to Joe to read his 'work' on the laptop and find out his plan for Ryan, generally upset the balance in the cult using jealousy from Emma etc so one of them would do something wrong and then get word to Ryan somehow......but that's just what I would do!

I think, think, I was wrong about Weston, but still not sure about Megan. I haven't forgotten her visit to Joe when he was in custody, when she gave him that book. Hardy doesn't know about that. Joe has people everywhere so there has to be someone working in the FBI.

I feel like something about Megan will come out.

The only option is that they write him out and focus the next one on a different cult. Possibly based on some of the current followers (Jacob for some reason springs to mind)

But that would take out all the interesting Ryan / Claire backstory.

I'd quite like to see something twisted happen with Claire in the next two episodes and her take over as the bad guy next season, obviously with Ryan not knowing what's going on.

Highly unlikely but would be gripping!

Cannot wait for Tuesday...

Oh and joe helping/hindering Ryan from inside jail in a Hannibal fashion.

We keep watching this but tbh it's a bit shit . I wish they would do some fighting in daylight, I get so confused with all the gun battles in dark tunnels and cellars.

I do agree with you on that Gypsy, the fighting in the dark all the time is annoying.

I'm still annoyed with Claire, either string Joe along and find out what he is up to and let Ryan know somehow.....or, just bloody well do a proper job of trying to kill Joe. All she has achieved is giving him a stomach wound and probably getting herself killed, leaving Joey motherless. Doh! Still, psycho Emma will be happy as she sees herself as Mrs Joe 2.
