Anyone know where I can watch Game of Thrones season 2

I can't seem to find it on Sky on demand but it's also not out on DVD yet according to HMV. I have just finished season 1 on DVD and need another fix!

It's starting on Sky Atlantic next Monday night. I've just started reading book 3, so need to watch again to remind myself (& season 3 starts end of March)
