New series of Death in Paradise starts tonight.

Am excited, I love this, even if there do seem to be a large number of murders for such a small island .

She is much too gorgeous for him really - but maybe he'll wear jeans, and laugh, in the last episode....which will transform him...

Ben Miller is ok but the others are so wooden it is unbelievable. I think they held auditions and sent away anyone who could act and Camille is the worst of all! I've seen better acting in school plays.

I loved him chatting with his dad about '87 and the shed roof . I think we've all got a story like that about ''87! (those of us who are old enough that is). Our shed was ok but next-door's totally vanished!

I love that all the guest stars are recognisable so we spend ages saying "Oh it's so and so, what have I seen him in?" I imagine big queues at the auditions "filmed on location in the Caribbean you say?, Hmm, I think I might be free after all"

Saw it somewhere that this averages about 6 million viewers so happy that we are not alone.

Agree pixel lots of famous faces I'd be out there like a shot also & they get paid for it :)

I love this show, best thing on telly at the moment.
I hope him and Camille get together, but it'll have to be in the last episode, and yes he needs to get some jeans and a T shirt and get rid of the suit.
I wonder if there will be another series.

Oh I'm glad I'm not alone in loving Death in Paradise. Ben Millar is so good in it...I love Richard Poole!

It's just the right sort of cosy viewing...like wrapping yourself up in a duvet and supping on a hot chocolate.

I agree Muddling, it would have to happen in the very last episode, when him and Camille run off together into the lovely West Indian sunset
