Joan Collins on last night's Jonathan Ross, anyone see it?

Anyway Joan is about 72 years old and she looks about 55-60. My DH said last night "I don't think she's had any surgery" Err, hello?!!!! My Mum looks fab at 75 but where are Joanie's wrinkles?

My DH said look at her cheekbones, she looks great. Yes I said they're implants!! Definite wig wearer too but she does admit to that.

I didn't see all of it. I liked her more than I thought i would. I must have been in a good mood, I even tolerated Johnny Vegas.

God Johnny Vegas is deeply awful. How surprising that he can't get laid in America where he's not famous.

And how stomach-churning that some women are so deluded that they go to bed with him just because he is.

I always like her more than I expect to whenever I see her on stuff like this.

I like Joan but denying you've had surgery when quite clearly you have is just insulting!

The bit around her mouth going up to her right ear was quite bizarre.

Having said all that she does look amazing and all power to her elbow! (on which she's probably had surgery )

Aside from her looks which are a bit sus she has a lot of life in her and I think that is why she seems young she is enthusiastic and takes care of herself I felt quite ashamed of myself looking at her whilst lying around eating easter eggs in my old pjs!

She is v cool, ol' Joanie - I like her a lot.

I do wonder about Percy though (the name if nothing else, lol). There used to be a song called Side by Side about someone removing teeth, wig etc and the punchline was

so I wonder if he's allowed in at night!

Johnathan Ross didn't do his radio show this am. He phoned in sick 30 mins beforehand and his sidekick had to do it.

I liked that song, JanH. There was a similar joke I used to know but forgot quite how it went now.

So JR was sick yesterday? He said during the interview that when he last interviewed JC they went afterwards for drinks and she got drunk. I thought he was joking then but maybe he wasn't and they did it again?!

I have to say that JC is more famous for what she does off screen than on. She's a rubbish actress but a good example of how you can grow old without looking like a 90yo granny at 50 - even if most of it is down to having lots of money to pay your favourite plastic surgeon.
