I mean, what's the UK equivalent of all the staff heirachies, such as intern, attending...& the other ones I've already forgotten?

Dragged out of my memory from an NHS job years ago:

House Officer
Senior House Officer
Registrar
Consultant

or summat like that.

Thanks SG - do you know what their equivalents would be in the States? I'm finding it hard to work out who is senior to whom...
