Have seen the other thread about Bethenny's spin off show but is anyone watching this on ITV2 at the moment? I am drawn to it daily like a moth to a flame.

How weird are Alex and Simon and did anyone see the modelling shoot Alex did on Friday? Has she lost the plot with the weird faces and straggly hair? And don't even start me on her creepy weird excuse for a husband. He makes me shudder every time I see him.

Loved the argument with Alex and Sonja - Alex hasn't got a clue has she?

Haven't got Bravo but think they've just shown Series 5 with no Alex and Simon - ooooooo

Dammit only caught glimpses of this afternoon's show so will have to record the ITV2 repeat tomorrow.

What is it with Ramona and her bloody Pinot Grigio? She's obsessed and not even over drinking her own, it just has to be Pinot. There are other alcoholic grape varieties available woman!

I liked Sonja in the last series but she seems to have morphed into a class A cow now. I thought Cindy was going to cry just now.

Alex looks more healthy and prettier this series. She was far too thin last time.

I liked Alex today although Sonja's 'pecking order' She cannot be serious can she? Agree with you light about Ramona and her fecking Pinot fecking Grigio. She's a handful that one. How awkward was the restaurant scene at the end?

I'm team brunette at the moment as Ramona and Sonja are just mad as a box of frogs whereas the Countess, Jill, Cindy and Kelly all seem normal at the moment ...well, as normal as they can be with their constant bickering, uber lifestyles, great hair and lovely clothes.

I've only recently discovered RHONY but it's become my new guilty pleasure.

Do the women have any real connection or have them been out together just for the show.

I don't really get the concept - they bitch about each other knowing full well that they'll all see what every one else has said. Or is that the whole point?

I'm not sure myself. They manage to somehow have their personal lives kept private for most of the year and then they seem to get thrown together for a few weeks.

Marquesas - think it's along the lines of that TOWIE shite where they set up scenes for our entertainment. Friendships on there seem slightly tenuous or distant and they all forget that there are cameras on them.

The reunion shows at the end of a series are usually spiky but someone storming off when they discover exactly what was said about them by their so called friends.

Yes Smelly, I fear that I'm also going to become hooked on the Orange County one too, I caught about 10 minutes today and as far as I could see there were 3 almost identical Barbie women with very odd menfolk.

The OC one is great. Didn't see today's but have seen the whole series a while ago. Brief summary of OC one:

Gretchen (blond) was engaged to a sugardaddy Jeff who then died but she may have been cheating on him with was it Jay. Has her own makeup line and hates Tamra who called her on going on holiday when Jeff was in hospital dying. Now dating weirdy beardy Slade who was with Jo but I don't know what happened to her.
Vicki (blond) older and work obsessed with something to do with insurance that she does/runs. Friends with Tamra and is usually crying about something. Married to Don with 2 kids from another relationship I think
Lynne (brunette) slightly nuts with hubbie that has bankrupt them and 2 daughters, Gretchen keeps trying to give her parenting advice despite having no kids of her own
Tamra (blond) just split with Simon, 4 kids, now dating Eddie having been introduced by her lesbian mate Fernanda, hates Gretchen esp after evil eye hat gate. Likes Vicki
Alexis (blond) - very religious, thinks her husband is the king bee and she is the queen bee that must meet his every need. 3 young kids. Humours Gretchen though heaven knows why. Falls out with Vicki and Don after they said at a dinner party that they work for a living.

Think that sums it up so far without giving too much away

the 50 something with the twins was claiming to be 42 other day!

(Also love OC, especially Vicki, who appears to be the only one with a job and independent thought)

I didnt realise that Jill is a granny. I hope her child got into a good college. I really like her daughter who's name escapes me

Cindy has a whole chain of salons though - you'd need that many assistants. I know lots of non celebs who have 2 nannies for twins - it's not that unusual.

I just rewound it, she distinctly said four, that would be day and night, I assume.

And, all these young assistants they have? are they even paying them? I really cant take to Sonja and her free labour. Why does she keep saying she is broke?

Baby daddy looked young and, abit weird I thought. She said they were ivf when Jill was probing her. I dont know why her brother is so off with him. He did her a favour.
