Did anyone watched "Honey youre killing the kids" last nite

i was so shocked of what they ate before they started to eat healthy foods

the 3 kids that shared ate:

for brekkie: chocolate coco-pops, biscuits and cakes

dinner: chips and curry at school without fail

Tea: Takeaways and processed foods (but had takeways literally every nite)

no wonder they are gonna drop dead early!!!

I sort of watched with channel hopping and MNetting

Was shocked how ill the girl looked around her eyes

What really shocked me was that though the kids threw themselves into teh healthy eating etc, the parents still didn't give up smoking (well the mum started patching 2 months after the prog), and gave the kids takeaway!! The older boy was thoroughly confused by that, and it sounded like his mum had to persuade him to have one

Yes the mum smoking right at the beginning of the show after seeing the children as 40 years

I agree the mum persuading them to cash in the tokens for takeaway

I dont understand how the parents dare admit to it, I would be too ashamed.

And shoot me for this, but when they said "I don't think we are that bad parents, maybe not the best, but not that bad" well, I nearly fell off the sofa ... giving them all that crap, shouting at them, bribing them, refusing to go out for a day trip (turning the horses round after 10mins because she didn't like it, ffs!!!)

Well I got the impression she worked but didn't see any evidence of her going out to do any. Was not impressed at her not getting up in the mornings either - I did wonder what time she went to bed!

Miaou - i felt exactly the same too as i nearly fell off my chair too as they werent arsed about smoking situation till at the last min - she got a smoking patch but he didnt

Did you notice how the girl yawned all the way through the meetings with the Doctor/Presenter/Whatever woman? obv not getting enough sleep or proper food.

Feel really, really sorry for the kids. Parents obv can't be arsed.

Giving the boys the telly back so they could watch their own telly in peace! ffs!

I just saw the end bit when the dr said that they were not on track to improve their kids' lives. Sounded awful. In a terribly judgemental way, I was riveted by the yellowness of the parents' teeth. I guess they smoked a lot. Also, it seemed that mum was careful about her own appearance - she seemed to have nice clothes and done hair but didn't she want to put the same effort into her kids?

i was absolutely disgusted by these parents.
£50 a week on crap to put into their kids, i dont even spend this on my whole weeks shopping. no wonder the kids were playing up with all that sugar rushes
the kids not going to bed til some ungodly hour. no wonder they were tired constantly
the lazy b of a mother not getting out of her pit and letting her kids go to school with no breakfast.
turning the horses back. she didnt want to do it from the start. she didnt care that the kids were enjoying it, did she not want to see her kids having fun
she spoke to the kids like dirt and threatening to slap them a lot. horrible woman.
and the smoking in front of the kids. when someone says you are killing your kids, does that not mean, hey i think i better do something about this.
