This series is so much better than series 1! Love it :o

I love it too, and I particularly love Tamsin Greig (in a platonic way, natch).

I love Stephen Mangan too, but my love for him is fast being diluted by ALL THE VOICEOVERS THAT HE DOES. Sir, your ubiquity does not become you.

ObviouslyOblivious · 15/06/2012 22:27

Yes far too many voice overs!

I do love Tamsin Greig but I found series one a bit 'meh'. I might give it a second chance if this series is better.

DesperateHousewife21 · 17/06/2012 21:28

I love Episodes and wish each one was an hour!

SpanishFly · 18/06/2012 14:32

This series is soooooo much better than series 1. No idea why cos it's the same writers. Series 1 was weird, all the jokes seemed to fall flat. This series is much funnier, and ruder.
And what about Taming Greg's great legs? AMAZING!

Rindercella · 18/06/2012 14:35

Love it. Tamsin Greig is always fab in whatever she's in. Joey Matt le Blanc is very easy on the eye too.

suburbandream · 18/06/2012 17:44

Love it too, Tamsin Greig is brilliant in everything. Stephen Mangan is great but I have gone right off his character as he is becoming a bit of a knob! Matt le Blanc is excellent, didn't he win an award for this recently?

ObviouslyOblivious · 18/06/2012 18:09

Matt is pretty fantastic isn't he? I think it's just improved as the characters have been able to develop. I like the one who's shagging Merck much more now.

I've just watched all of series 2 on Iplayer, it's much, much better than series 1. I felt the first series was a bit 'forced' but this one feels more relaxed and is ten times better for it. Much funnier, characters much more real and lots of laugh out loud moments.

And Matt le Blanc - I never really saw the attraction before but he-llo!!

ObviouslyOblivious · 20/06/2012 19:45

I loved the funeral episode :o

Matt is gorgeous. I never realised how lovely until Episodes. In the Guardian they had a bit about the translation of the funeral head stone. Link is here.

EclecticShock · 20/06/2012 20:33

Very funny :)

wildfig · 23/06/2012 17:36

This is turning into my favourite programme at the moment. And woah - Matt Le Blanc. Could he be any more hot as an older man?

(Disclaimer: I didn't watch Friends much.)

OhDearNigel · 25/06/2012 21:56

Tamsin Grieg will always be "Debbie from the Archers doing other stuff" for me. I have loved every single project she's done from Black Books to Shaun of the Dead. I'm so chuffed that this had been so popular :)

wildfig · 25/06/2012 23:37

My crush rolls from Matt LB to Tamsin Greig to Stephen Mangan each episode. I'm a bit in love with all of them. Apparently most of it is filmed in the UK - I had no idea!

wildfig · 25/06/2012 23:37

(I'm assuming all the Striding Up and Down the Hollywood Hills is done on location, as opposed to, say, on the Isle of Man with a lot of lighting effects...)

ObviouslyOblivious · 26/06/2012 07:55

A house 10 minutes from me was used as a location for the first series.

I love this too and Matt le Blanc is GORGE in it........never occurred to me that he was hot in Friends days but as you say with that grey hair and being in a show that is mocking him etc he is LUSH!

Piffpaffpoff · 26/06/2012 14:48

Oh! Turns out I have not watched it all after all. I just presumed there were six episodes but no, there's another on iplayer that I've not watched. Does anyone know how many Episodes episodes there are?

poppedoutforapintofmilk · 26/06/2012 15:48

I think it's the best UK comedy in years. Enjoyed series 1 slightly better than series 2 so far but it's still miles ahead of anything else in terms of comedy imo. It's not just one-liner after one-liner. My all time favourite series is Frasier and this has elements of that in it like pathos, irony, drama, brilliant acting. So glad it went on to a second series.

GoOnTim · 26/06/2012 18:37

LOVE it! Best thing on TV atm

AThingInYourLife · 26/06/2012 18:43

I've only recently started watching Episodes, so came in midway through series 2.

I really like it, it's funny but I care about the characters.

TerrariaMum · 27/06/2012 17:21

Piff, on the iplayer it says 9

TheUnsinkableTitanic · 02/07/2012 12:56

love it as well

does anyone know if there will be a series 3 - i am dreading the last one this week (where will i get my fix now!)

HalleLouja · 03/07/2012 20:14

I love it but not sure if they will do a third series as according to Wiki the viewing figures aren't great. Its so funny.
