Documentary series following the children featured in Child of Our Time. Charlotte and Jasmine Langeveld are two very different sisters. Charlotte is small, quiet and reserved, while Jasmine is larger, louder and more boisterous - but Jasmine is younger than Charlotte. The programme looks at how Charlotte's traumatic past, with the knowledge of her stillborn twin brother Alexander and the separation of her parents, may have affected her.

COOT is an interesting project and fascinating viewing, but this is going too far imho.

I found this very sad last night. Didn't realise she was a twin and her brother was still born. And then her parents splitting up. I liked the dad, seemed like a really nice guy.

I found it a bit uncomfortable to watch because of the unfavourable comparison made between the sisters. Labelling within a family is hard enough to shake off, but labelling in front of the entire nation...

i felt very sorry for charlottes sister last night. that wa sme when i was a kid and i spent half my life with people saying'oh you're not a bit like x and x are you' and 'why can't you be more like x' and 'don't you want us to proud of yyou like we are of x'.
great future ahead of her.
