Very confused about ER

Just caught up on tis weeks C4 ER. I missed a few episodes.

When and why did Prostate Doc end up as a Robot???? I thought I was watching some sci fi series!

When did the blonde woman arrive and how come she orderes everyone around so much?

I was just thinking about some of the guest stars they have had on the show. Ive just watched the episode wiht Ewan McGregor in. Rebbeca de Mornay was just in the More4 episodes. anyone remember any more?

Well Alan Alda was in yesterday, on More4 I think (could have been C4, who knows any more). Rosemary "auntie of George" Clooney has been in, practically the entire cast of The West Wing was in at one time or another.

Not sure. Haven't watched it in a while. All I remember is that it is the one where Benton ignores a call from the resdiential home his mothers is in and finds out that she died alone.

I really like the Neela/Gallant storyline. I think the best was when they were exchanging letters and they'd show him reading hers and her reading his.

I wish they'd just get married and have a dozen kids.

Couldn't agree more with Expat and Loobie. Bloody scriptwriters - why can't one ideally suited couple just do it and be happy for once??!!

And Arfur - me too re Neela & Gallant. Which shows how fickle I am because I was thinking she should maybe get it on with that v. gorgeous fireman/paramedic guy or whoever he was who was chatting her up for the whole episode.... How could I have been so shallow???!

I was so disappointed that no one died . Especially Morris. I was blubbing at the end when Gallant got out of the cab and they blocked the street up! aaaaawwwwww.

H'lo. I'm new on this thread, but did I miss something? "Gallant got out of the cab and they blocked the street up!?" I thought that this weeks episode ended with Abby and Luka's kiss?

By the way, anyone know what happened to Weaver's not-quite-adopted daughter of whom she won custody? Just wondered, as she never gets mentioned any more (she didn't get squashed by a helicopter or anything, whilst I was away giving birth did she?!)

Ah VTM the Neela/ Gallant ending is on this Monday on C4. I saw it last night on E4. Kerry AFAIK has a nanny for Henry(her son). She got custody back after Sandy died because The grandparents saw how much she loved him.
Clear now?
More4 are on series 5/6 with Benton/Corday/cleo etc.

thanks Spursmum. I am just watching on C4 - sooo glad to be back after a gap of a year or so. (If they had told me before that having babies could stop you watching ER for a whole year, I'd have thought twice!!)

I remember Kerry getting custody of Harry - just wondered whether she had mislaid him since, since she never seems to mention him these days

Did no one spot that the mother frantic about her son in the burning building and who was impaled through the stomach was Serena Williams, the tennis player? Do you think she sees the end of her tennis career so is branching out a little??

Yes she did, but presumably death-bed scenes are beyond her at the moment as it was just announced to Abby as a passing comment.

I was expecting more death and carnage as it was a big disaster episode and at least one member of staff to die!
Still I got to see Romano squashed by a chopper last week!!
