Looks a bit weird yes - ours had a big safety bit that pushed against the back seat. It was isofix though so can't compare belts although Gino's belt looked odd.

This has been areally disappointing programme - could have been so much more interesting. Love Sarah though, what a star!

God, that lucy is annoying. Loving gino's mum though, she's very funny. Sniggering at the dad ending up at his mum's!

Is it just me or were the participants more memorable in earlier series of OBEM?

Is the current series still going? I got a bit bored with it all as it all seemed to merge into one- young teenage mums unexpectedly PG mostly having natural births contrasted with older mums who had waited ages for a baby & ended up with complications/problems.

ok am generalising a bit there...

I haven't watched this series, the first two were great but i don't like it as much since they changed hospitals.

wish the couple where their eldest son was at the birth was on,the two guys were annoying but hilarious to watch,does anybody else remember them?????

yeah Joy was the one going on about food but iirc she was diabetic.

He was the dad who locked his wife in the bathroom wasn't it? I bet he went into hiding after the programme.

I like Lucy very much and I think she is trying to explain about work prob in response to questions like 'do you miss being an opera singer'.

I thought he was quite funny although I know a lot of others thought he was outrageous...to be fair you could see they were a close couple & she was used to his antics....agree he wouldn't be everone's idea of the perfect birth partner!

I like Lucy as well. Singing was obviously her life and it must be very hard to have something so much a part of you that you can't do. I'm frustrated enough having given up a pretty average office job.
