puddle · 25/01/2006 10:06

Preston's just a plutocrat.

Enid · 25/01/2006 10:07

lol

puddle · 25/01/2006 10:08

Pete was literally licking his lips last night when it all kicked off. I've stopped finding him entertaining - he is nauseating.

Enid · 25/01/2006 10:09

dh said GG and PB were like Jabba the hutt and his little monkey thing last night

ScummyMummy · 25/01/2006 10:12

Shit- Chantelle MUST stay! Everyone vote for vile Dennis, quick. Couldn't believe him talking about bashing Chantelle's face in. He's about 5 times the size of her. Nasty old twat.

bundy · 25/01/2006 10:14

agree, dennis is horrid bully. quite sinister.

ScummyMummy · 25/01/2006 10:18

It really has been dominated by male bullies this year.
George
Pete
Dennis
Michael (though he's piped down since being on the receiving end)

puddle · 25/01/2006 10:20

Have actually just voted for the first time ever (am usually just a voyeur). For Dennis

Enid · 25/01/2006 10:22

yay

me too

ScummyMummy · 25/01/2006 10:23

Just voted 4 times for Dennis!

bettys · 25/01/2006 10:25

Looks like I'm the only one who wants Chantelle out!

bettys! How could you want Dennis and George to stay over Chantelle? They are two of the nastiest people I've ever seen on telly. There are only a few days to go so wanting to see more car crash telly is not a good enough excuse!

ScummyMummy · 25/01/2006 10:33

Yes I'm getting increasingly fond of Chantelle. She's a good egg, I reckon. Has stood up to bullymen more than anyone else and is very sweet natured and positive. And if she wins me my bet I will like her even more!

bettys · 25/01/2006 10:34

Both Chantelle & Preston are vacuous nonentities whose only virtue (if it is that) is that they are not as extreme as the others. They are certainly not interesting, and in a normal BB house woud have been voted out long ago.

bettys · 25/01/2006 10:35

I will admit that Chantelle was the only one to try and stand up to the bullying, which just shows Preston up to be the complete weed that he is.

lucy5 · 25/01/2006 10:42

I cant vote from here but if i could i would vote for Dennis because so many people will have voted for George, Dennis might be forgotten.

ScummyMummy · 25/01/2006 10:46

I don't know- i think I would find it very hard to stand up to someone as physically threatening (because of his size, mostly- he is very verbally aggressive but so are a number of them) as Dennis. Can see why Preston is intimidated as he may feel (rightly?) that he's more likely (as a bloke) to be battered. Chantelle is a brave one though and certainly not vacuous! I actually think that she is one of the least vacuous person in there. Tracie would win my award for vacuity over any other housemate.

ScummyMummy · 25/01/2006 10:47

Yes, I'm voting Dennis for that reason. Can't believe I've been pulled into voting again... doh

bettys · 25/01/2006 10:47

Yes - watching Traci trying to do the word association game is painful.

Caligula · 25/01/2006 10:58

To be fair to Preston, I think he's just stunned by the level of nastiness and vitriol coming from PB and GG. He's probably just never encountered such pure unbridled evil before. He strikes me as a a nice home counties boy who, like Maggot, thought he was going to a house to drink and have a laugh for three weeks and has found himself quite unexpectedly in the seventh circle of hell. He's just totally shell-shocked by it, I reckon. Everyone's talking about how wimpy he is, but he's very young, not all that bright and well-meaning. He's just totally out of his depth, like most normal mentally healthy people would be in that pit of vipers.

God it's good TV though isn't it - in a guilty, soiling sort of way. I imagine this is what you feel like after watching porn - a bit guilty and sordid and soiled.

RTKangaMummy · 25/01/2006 11:02

I agree with Caligula. Think Preston and Chantelle were astonished by the reaction they had from Pete and George when the task finshed - like they were in some parallel universe. I also think that it's a first for BB to have the 'elders' in the house being so badly behaved - usually they take on a paternal/ maternal role.
