Thank you :)

RillaBlythe · 24/01/2012 20:40

DP won't let me watch it! Gutted.

VivaLeBeaver · 24/01/2012 20:44

Why won't he let you watch it? Does it clash with something or does he object to it?

He is a junior doctor - for some reason doesn't want to spend his down time watching the day job?!

Isn't it Masterchef tonight? I'll cope.

Sparklingbrook · 24/01/2012 21:03

If I was a junior doctor I would want to watch it. Grin

VivaLeBeaver · 24/01/2012 21:05

I work with lots of junior drs and love watching this. I am abit sad though watching hospital programmed when I work in one all day.

I too work in healthcare although thankfully not in a hospital at the moment. Just switched straight from Holby to Junior Docs Grin

Sparklingbrook · 24/01/2012 21:22

Poor Mr Straw. Grin

ninjanurse · 24/01/2012 21:26

Theres a programme on nursing on after this - Confessions of a Nurse - on MOre 4 at 10pm. I am a nurse but love a bit of hospital porn on the telly!!

Sparklingbrook · 24/01/2012 21:27

Isn't it tough enough without having the cameras following you around too? Confused

OhyouBadBadkitten · 24/01/2012 21:29

taping this, nothing on tv for days and then it all comes at once.

ImpatientOne · 24/01/2012 21:31
Biscuit
Sparklingbrook · 24/01/2012 21:32

What's the biscuit for Impatient?

ImpatientOne · 24/01/2012 21:34

The dr that only wants to work at one specific hospital Blush

PotteringAlong · 24/01/2012 21:36

Not this series but my DH plays rugby with the big bear dr from the last series!

Sparklingbrook · 24/01/2012 21:38

Oh god is it 'needle' week?

Sidge · 24/01/2012 21:40

Gawd watching them try to cannulate is painful!

They look like they're mining for coal digging so deep Grin

ImpatientOne · 24/01/2012 21:40

Oh I liked him pottering & hoped he passed his exams Smile I am a bit sad it's a whole new hospital & docs though, partly as I did some of my training at one of the Newcastle hospitals.

Sparklingbrook · 24/01/2012 21:41

Ow, Ow Ow. DS2 was in hospital at 5 weeks old, they tried and tried to get the cannula in and they ended up after 5 attempts putting it in his foot. Ow.

Sparklingbrook · 24/01/2012 21:44

I diagnose 'vodka ear'.

ImpatientOne · 24/01/2012 21:46

Grin long arms!

Sparklingbrook · 24/01/2012 21:47

The hospital looks reet posh.

Sparklingbrook · 24/01/2012 22:00

It's hard to understand why anyone would want to do this. I know for a fact I couldn't and am so grateful for people who can.
