I know they are working up to the big reveal at the wedding but Becky didn't need to break into the surgery, just get Danny to ask Tracey how she is feeling in the Rovers in front of all her family, Dreardie would do the rest.

Gail didnt need access as it wasnt her password she gave Becky but Doctor Carters, which she knew.

I'm with Sposh as a fellow medical secretary. It would be 2 password job at the very least, plus a smartcard.

And then, for reality, the computer would die coz NHS supplied shite rubbish machines that freeze at any vital moment (like when I have a patient on the phone asking when their next app is)

Kylie was the collapsing patient. Becky went into the room during the distraction and took the notes from the active terminal. Gail had given her instruction on how to find and print someone's notes quickly, along with a password (which, as whatkungfuthat said, could be the one which would unlock the screen if it had been left alone for a while).
