But they have so much too lose...that must be why it is such a shockingly huge amount for them. They must have really been pigging out on food and doing no exercise at all before last week...just the initial chance makes such a difference.

Bet it slows right down from next week,

A couple of them lost over a stone!

Unless of any of you are over 7ft and 30 stone, it isn't likely! It's not that wonderful. He certainly didn't look any less obese.
