Yes, sorry, was being a bit dim! I have heard of My Fitness Pal - I just didn't realise you could 'meet/join' other people, I thought it was just a calorie counting tool.

I love the US one, I love Jillian and am completely addicted to the Shred . I take my hat off to all those people trying to turn their lives round. One of the girls on the running thread has lost 8.5 stone! Will be tuning in next week for sure but turning sound down to avoid Davina.

I watch it on sky, but am sure it's on one of the free channels too. Will look it up when I get a chance. They had a nearly 400 lb guy on once who lost 36 lbs one week!
