that sounds about right. did you see the documentary about her? Every morning she goes to the newsagent and buys every newspaper. Takes them home and looks for anything about her. She says this is her job!
When she buys a new car she rings up the press to tell them so they can turn up and take her picture whilst she does it!! this is why I dont read the sun lol

Caligula · 13/01/2006 13:35

Oh God. How self-destructive, to go and buy a whole load of publications that are slagging you off. She really needs help. But I hope she doesn't go to the same "sort out your head" place Barrymore went to, because he's not a very good advertisement for them...

emily05 · 13/01/2006 13:37

I know - watching MB is car crash tv and quite cringy!

tiredemma · 13/01/2006 13:40

seeing george galloway impersonate a cat was priceless.

is MB on some kind of medication? he could barely get his words out when talking to pete.

Mascaraohara · 13/01/2006 13:42

Sorry if this has been discussed already but is MB and alcoholic? he always seems to sound and look drunk to me.. just wondering.

RTKangaMummy · 13/01/2006 14:04

He used to be

but not for several years

IMHO it is a sleep prob he hardly sleeps at all

THe rest of them have SLEEPING TABLETS EVERY NIGHT

OP posts:
Mascaraohara · 13/01/2006 14:07

Seriously? mind you I reckon I'd need a tablet to sleep above MB's snoring.

RTKangaMummy · 13/01/2006 14:10

Yes deffo they were talking about it last night and this morning

preston was saying after 15 mins he goes to bed

it isn't MB snoring it is DENNIS I think it is like an elephant -- dreadful noise

OP posts:
lucy5 · 13/01/2006 15:24

I think preston is scrumptious

Mascaraohara · 13/01/2006 15:33

I did to start with but I've really gone off him.

He's got a real knack for choosing who he admires, old George, hasn't he... Saddam Hussein... Michael Barrymore...

JoolsToo · 13/01/2006 15:41

I think I did Socci

Yes, funny old George, and he's suspicious of PRESTON!

mykidsmum · 13/01/2006 16:34

It wouldn't suprise me if MB is actually quite ill, he reminds me alot of someone I know who had parkinsons at the beginning of their illness. He is vile though, still don't believe for a second he should be there, am disappointed by George Galloways sucking up, thought he was a man of principles

I can't make my mind up about JM, clearly she is awful and has brought alot of this on, but I think it is very calculated to bully someone who is obviously weak and driving people mad. Don't like to see any form of bullying, but MB has always had it in him to be horrid and take the piss, he did it in all his game shows, and we all found it funny, but I reckon being nasty was less comedy and more just the way he was, we perhaps just didn't see it that way then.

Like Preston and Maggot but other than that they really are all quite vile, not very many likeable characters at all.

I think GG is very transparent. I think he has clocked the so called great reception MB got at the start and is defending him so gaining votes from the public and hoping to ride onto his (MB)coat tails.

He is very wrong indeed. Agree that role play thing was gross. Jeez dh and I were rolling around laughing and feeling like we'd just seen some old swingers getting it on. Dh remarked that GG needed to be wearing a bin liner and have a satsuma up his bum for MP autenticity

Caligula · 13/01/2006 16:46

pmsl. Yes George has forgotten that the sort of people who can muster up enough energy to turn up on a freezing cold night to cheer at a bunch of nobodies, are not necessarily representative of the rest of the British public.

JoolsToo · 13/01/2006 16:46

GG reminds me of Mr Burns from The Simpsons
