Oldest thing on there is from July 2009 Blush.

Still got all of David Attenboroughs 'Life' from 2 years ago, plus all of this years 'Frozen Planet'.

Have just found a documentary from May that I will watch and delete.

It would be nice to get it down to 80% full.

Ha ha me too! On the plus side I have really enjoyed watching a Nativity series I recorded last year!

mrsjay · 24/12/2011 08:56

MY husband would freak out at you , He hates the sky + plus being over 50% and shakes and sweats he goes deleting mad and ORDERs us to watch the programmes , (we dont) I have the last series of LOST recorded it was on recently , i havnt watched them yet but hes gone a bittwitchy about it sitting there ,

Saddough · 24/12/2011 09:01

We have 52 episodes of Octonauts, probably about 40 eps of Dipdap, at least 15 films that we're hoping to get around to watching one day, the entire third series of Spiral, and shedloads of stuff set up for Xmas. We're around the 75% mark which makes me a tad twitchy.

I delete a few things that are on series repeat (Peppa, Justin's House) every day to try and keep on top of it.

mrsjay · 24/12/2011 09:07

MY dd records disney channel programmes i do make sure she watches it because lets face it zak and cody are repeated 3 times a day , im going to show my husband this thread later he will break out in a sweat Grin

Probably. Dec 23 2010?
I also set it for loads of Christmas films, and really enjoy watching them.in Jan and Feb. Although DDs had dropped her afternoon naps now, so it may take me a few more months!

MuddlingMackem · 27/12/2011 22:17

LOL Smile! Yes, that date sounds about right, in four or five parts? Maybe I'll get it watched before next Christmas. Grin Was it worth the wait?

I do like being able to record a series and then watch it through without having to wait between episodes. It was a good way to watch 'Hidden' recently, and I've loved working my way through 'Death in Paradise'. Pity my PVR went squiffy and failed to record the last episode though, and it isn't available on iPlayer either. Sad

SmileItsSeasonal · 28/12/2011 16:51

muddling yes, 4 parts! It was really good, I wanted to watch it all in one go- it really made me, want to find out what happened even though obviously I knew!

Yes I tend to series link then have a fab evening watching 3 or 4 episodes of True Blood in one go! Then resent having to wait another week for the next one.

I also have hundreds. (not kidding) of toddler programs from Way buloo, big barn farm, mr men, postman pat etc....

EvaLongoria · 30/12/2011 20:44

I am sure I am the worse ever. I hardly ever watched telly but now I am addicted to crap. I normally have One Tree Hill, 90210 and Desperate Housewives on Sky+ but then I do record Eastenders and Hollyoaks, I am uptodate with Eastenders but not Hollyoaks, The week before Christmas I had 75 episodes of Hollyoaks and brought it down to 35 where the serial killer was finally caught. Now I just skip through the rest. Then I have loads of other crap on as well. Slum Dog Millionaire from 2 years ago that I still havent found the time to watch.

BonzoDooDah · 30/12/2011 21:18

OP I think I love you! We get a bit twitchy at 98% as I usually forget a series I've set. DH has 8 hours of Glastonbury 11 and I'm sure a stack from 2010 he's hidden on there. I'm keeping a few secret Wonders of The Solar System for a rainy day Grin

ChristinedePizaTinsel · 30/12/2011 21:22

saddough - are you me? I keep meaning to go through and delete all the octonauts duplicates but never get round to it. I managed to get it down below 95% the other day by deleting Frozen Planet and a few eps of stuff I'd already watched but it's hours and hours of octonauts that's clogging the whole thing up Angry

Foxinsocks · 30/12/2011 21:22

I am like MrJay

even reading that your harddrive is that full is making me want to get into the car and drive to your house and manually delete your programmes for you Grin

ChristinedePizaTinsel · 30/12/2011 21:27

Would you like to pop over foxinsocks? I have wine Flowers :o

ChristinedePizaTinsel · 30/12/2011 21:27

Thanks even (teach me to guess!)

Foxinsocks · 30/12/2011 21:32
Grin

I feel uneasy when ours goes over 60%. It's totally anally retentive behaviour, I fully admit it. Just the thought of your full hard drive is making me jumpy lol.

SmileItsSunny · 05/01/2012 04:59

I checked today.. Ours is 86% full. My mission for the week is to watch more tv!
