Anyone watching? I'm speechless. I really don't get it.

I liked Kay Adams, but had this misfortune to watch 10 minutes the other day, for the first time in a long time, and regretted it. They reminded me of one of the school mum's cliques I avoid twice a day. Not for me.

Cllauida Winkelman and Miranda Hart got on really well on some Comic Relief thing. I think they'd be good together.

I love Sue Perkins and Sandi Toksvig too

I think it has had its day and should be axed but dream team should include Germaine Greer.

I saw todays episode, was ironing and needed something to watch (feel have to justify!). It was especially cringeworthy, Sherrie shrieking and interupting while hanging from ceiling, had to keep muting it. At times it is reasonable TV when more serious topics are discussed but today the audience sounded like hyped up loonies. Sherrie being ultra ultra fake ditsy and having a go at Janet at every opportunity makes it embarrasing to watch. Funny it was brought up today cos I was thinking the same.

I also used to like it when it was first on, but now it does my head in. Unfortunately it is on when I have my lunch, so I still tend to have it on, but I zone out of most of it now!

I also enjoyed Light Lunch; it was required viewing when I was off school sick when I was 17, and it was also on in our common room too. Have had a girl crush on Sue Perkins ever since! I just saw this piccy of her today clicky; I am very happily married to my DH but that photo makes me want to do naughty things to her

As for my ideal lunch time line up, I would like a mix of funny and intelligent, so:

Mel G
Jennifer Saunders
Dawn French
Sandi Toksvig
Kirsty Young

Bloody hell, I can't think of any other intelligent or funny women I can stand who are reasonable role models for impressionable teenagers bunking off school

At the moment it seems to be where corrie actresses go to die.
Today's offerings were particularly awful I hate all the false slapstick stuff that goes on with Sherrie. The Xmas tree thing went on about 10 mins too long.
I don't mind Janet street porter, Jenny eclair and I thought Kate Thornton was ok on it.
Cannot stand little botox face Lisa or cilla black -Sherrie is too annoying it's had it's day by a long shot.

Sue Perkins is fab. Funny and intelligent. Ditch Loose Women and bring back Light Lunch.

I think Kaye Adams as a rather good journalist, left when they started dumbing it down.
I like Jenny Eclair and JSP, but appearing in this shit they've rather sold their souls to the devil.

Yes i liked Kaye Adams. It did seem vaguely sensible way back when. It is now just screeching/innuendo/more screeching. The guests look embarrassed and it's just awful.

I saw Kaye Adama on a prog re Scottish and English, she was a bit of a nasty peice of work, cant stand her. Never got mel and sue either, far too smug
