Zacsbird · 12/11/2011 22:37

Thanks Sirboobalot, obvious really but always assumed it was set up immediately after the First World War.

pud1 · 12/11/2011 22:37

Blubbing now

beanandspud · 12/11/2011 22:38

I was doing ok until 'I vow to thee my country'.

It makes me cry.

highriggs · 12/11/2011 22:39

Blubbing again

SirBoobAlot · 12/11/2011 22:40

The new pin this year - I prefer to buy the pins so I don't poke DS with the needle if I get a normal one! - were in the same 90 shape. Quite nice. They do a lot of good work.

Think, without being nasty, the Queen must have been to so many of these now.

Oh the standards are down, my eyes are welling up :-(

Bossybritches22 · 12/11/2011 22:42

purpleturtletoise · 12/11/2011 22:48

Really impressed by the child speaking so confidently in such an awesome environment, and promptly reduced to tears by The Day Thou Gavest, which I learnt as a teenager at my grandma's funeral.

SirBoobAlot · 12/11/2011 22:50

Bugel's always do it to me.

Horsemad · 12/11/2011 22:50

Purple, it's a beautiful hymn isn't it? That has opened the floodgates now and I can't stop crying.

MrsSnaplegs · 12/11/2011 22:54
