Why is Fizz not out of jail?

Darren left when he cheated on the blonde one.......

Graham left because he married the chinese for so she could get a visa but he fell in love with her.

Fizz is waiting for an appeal.

Graham left with xin (?).

Fizz was found guilty and they have to organise a retrial with the new found evidence (confession).

Not sure about Darren.
