You could have a nice one. Lots of constructive singing criticism and more grown up debate, more like the Strickly thread. You could say things like 'well she had some tuning issues couldn't sing in a football crowd and I'm not sure about the outfit looks like a gorilla in a dress. But she tries hard should stick to karaoke at Yates Wine Lodge.' Like that.

Those of us who like to compare the entrants to root vegetables and snigger at them could do it in secret.
