Anyone watching the Royal Institution Christmas Lectures?

They are on Five at 7.15pm each night this week. This year it's all about food. Really interesting stuff!

dd (4 and half) was fascinated by the taste one yesterday - really good.

Missed tonights but last nights was really good. The first night was spoiled a bit by the audience who seemed to think it was panto and did you see the rugby scrum at the end for the chocolates! Glad they had a more appreciative audience last night and hopefully the remaining nights.

Most of the things I know about science have been taken from these lectures!

They're not on at a very good time this year usually on around lunchtime which I prefer, haven't caught any as I keep forgetting - doh!

Caught last nights on "you are what you eat "Watched with 15yr dd. She has just finished Humans as organisms for GSCE science so it was good.
