Too short, too orange.

if, next time i sit down to perv over watch him and i notice any gayness, and my perving viewing is ruined, i will be very angry with some of you.

I might even come back and have strong words.

josephinebonaparte · 30/10/2011 06:47

Why does it make any difference to your perving if he's gay? It's not like he's going to phone you up and ask you on a date if he was straight.

25kilopumpkin · 30/10/2011 07:06

A gal can dream tho, what about if they needed a few mums, familiar with his work to provide opinions on his show as feedback? (this happened to me once but it was with Vic Reeves Sad) then afterwards everyone goes for a drink, and somehow you get isolated from the group...you get talking...

I've just seen that this thread is still going and felt obliged to return as it was me who said he was petite. Apols if I was wrong but he didn't look that tall from my vantage point. I'm surprised someone said he was 5'10.
He is ridiculously buff. May be off to see him next Sunday if we get tickets.

PureBloodMuggle · 30/10/2011 07:29

josephinebonaparte because i assuming that the 'whiff of gay' means campness, which I don't find attractive in a man. I don't want to notice thank you very much.

Isn't that the reason that an actor who is gay doesn't admit it (like Tom Cruise Wink ) because it would have an effect on his career and the roles he got?

josephinebonaparte · 30/10/2011 07:49

Yes because if a man is gay he minces around in lavender trousers waving a handkerchief round in a flamboyant manner.Hmm. And "whiff of gay"?ffs.

josephinebonaparte · 30/10/2011 07:50

Though with a user name like pureblood muggle I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

PureBloodMuggle · 30/10/2011 07:59

Surprised by what exactly? Why else would anyone assume someone, who is on TV and they have never met, is gay. unless he showed campness in his actions?

Bit of an bad mood this morning or are you always obnoxious?

josephinebonaparte · 30/10/2011 08:07

It's the assumption that someone who is gay is camp that I find obnoxious, and your "whiff of gay" comment. Anyway, haven't you heard of bisexuality? Just because Steve might fancy men, doesn't mean he won't fancy you too.

Pure blood is in harry potter, but is also used as a term by far right groups who are homophobic.

PureBloodMuggle · 30/10/2011 08:33

Wasn't my comment, hence the ' ' around it.

Have heard of bisexuality yes, but not hear of the term 'pure blood' as a term for far right.

(by the way I'm not actually looking for Steve to ask my out so in reality his sexuality doesn't bother me)

madmomma · 30/10/2011 21:08

Grin at 'you get isolated from the group...'

25kilopumpkin · 30/10/2011 22:53

Surely no one meant to offend? Anyway this is v distracting IMO, tickets? Surely a live version must be crap by definition, the lovely Steve aside? How would they fit the dinosaurs into the theatre?

OP posts:
LetUsPrey · 31/10/2011 08:13

The live shows are great. You stand at the back of the crowd with all the other mums, pretending to very very interested in the various snakes, birds, etc, whilst staring at Steve and trying to keep the drool to a minimum.

Should I get tickets for one of the forthcoming shows, I am prepared to throw myself at him (because I'm irresistible obviously - not) to confirm that he's straight. I am that kind of selfless person and will take one for the team.

No, really, I insist. [hsmile]

AmazingBouncingFerret · 31/10/2011 08:25

I would say the word "muggle" tapped onto the end of PureBloodMuggle's username makes it pretty obvious that it has a Harry Potter connection rather than a far right wing one Josephine...

My DH took the boys to his live show, DS has just had an op on his testicles (hernia) and so went in early. Steve took the time to have a chat with them before hand, DH said he was a really nice bloke.

SeeLyon · 31/10/2011 09:03

haha my h KNOWS him

oh yes

he is very nice in rl and kind to little fans

HATES MIDDLE AGED MUMS though ;)

madmomma · 31/10/2011 20:15

Oh my are we still at this?

Good job we're all using anonymous names or I bet he'd be furiously chasing each and every one of us down as we're clearly irresistable.

25kilopumpkin · 31/10/2011 21:09

Can't let it lie Liza x

OP posts:
PureBloodMuggle · 31/10/2011 23:04

good job i'm not middle aged then, or even right winged (will admit to feeling mildly confused to why the muggle part didn't give away the slight hint i wasn't actually advertising rightwing homophobia)

anyway, homosexual, hetrosexual, bisexual or asexual. The man has attractive qualities we have to say. And have.

LizaTarbucksNonSmokingAuntie · 01/11/2011 14:17

25kilopumpkin - I can't or you can't?... your comment has confused me all day.
