Wow, all these pics are making me feel very christmassy! We have the pil staying from yesterday to Tuesday so no old episodes of VD for me for a few days.

BTW, just in the interests of not letting this thread get tooooooooo focused on the body talents of just one character, where do we think Tyler is going to go now he's hybrid? Over to the dark side?? Because even though he protected Caroline in the last episode, his attitude to her seems to have changed - a lot more take me or leave me than before.

Anyone else noticed l'occitane has a 'verbena' range? (another name for verveine) and the white company have verveine room fragrances and diffusers. No pics of Damon on them but I will get the room diffuser for next to my vd calendar. I am so sad. I also don't care :) :)

I worry that Tyler going to the dark side would spell the end for him . Not sure how they'll resolve it. But then that's the great thing about TVD is they always surprise me in the way they take the story..

Did that last post make sense ? I mean they always seem to come up with good ideas story-wise which surprise me.

I think Tyler will definitely go over to the dark side and will be killed off by one of the salvatore brothers eventually. It's just waiting to happen. He's all brainwashed by Klaus's power over him anyway (now he's a hybrid) and he's always had a kinda evilness about him anyway I reckon. He'll never last!

I am SO jealous - I don't even know what verveine smells like . I reckon I could be picking up some of that from the White Company in the Jan sales, whatever it smells of!

I am worried about Tyler: he and Caroline are - or were before he became Klaus' bitch - sooooooooo sweet together and I can't work out which way they're going to play it now - but they're not afraid to kill off some big characters

I have so many SF loves (Spike, Tenth Dr, Sam from Supernatural, Edward Cullen - I know, I know Sorry) I had to keep myself fairly neutral. Plus when I chose my name Damon wasn't even a glint in the eye otherwise I'm sure it would have been DamonFan .

Fingers crossed that Tyler and Caroline make it. Thumbs up to Bonnie being the next major character death though as I'm not liking her character recently. Too judgy and sulky. Any one else agree?

BUT, tbh once I looked in to Damon's eyes, I knew there was only one vamp for me and Edward looks kinda "meh" to me now (I still would though of course )

I must have a bit of a vamp obsession as ever since I saw Kiefer Sutherland in The Lost Boys I've always had a bit of a crush on him too (and that was a long time ago!).

Back to Tyler and Caroline though - I think Caroline is doomed to be one of those characters that always falls for the wrong blokes and will never settle down bless her. I reckon Bonnie's with us for the long run being Elena's BFF and the only main character witch isn't she? I did feel sorry for her with Elena's brother was going off and kissing his ghost ex! I was also thinking wtf, she's an ex vampire ghost and he's kissing her in the loos!

OMG, The Lost Boys: that must be where it all began! I loved that film when I was a teenager - "Sleep all day. Party all night. Never grow old. Never die. It's fun to be a vampire."

I think DamonSalvatore is right - Bonnie being the only witch and the best friend makes her safer than most characters. It would have been like Joss killing off Willow But I've never liked her - she's always been so judgey about vampires - sheesh, just because they drink blood and frequently occasionally kill people!

I do think Jeremy's character has improved a lot from stoner baby brother but I can't keep up with his love life: is it Vicky? is it Anna? is it Bonnie? is it ghost Vicky? is it ghost Anna? Give us a clue, Jezza!

Agree that Jeremy has got hotter improved since S1. Love his character so don't mind who he's with.

Its a fabulous piece of fanfic, still incomplete but she updates regularly.

It takes place after season 2 ended and is very good, with lots of Delena action.

Where does the Bonnie-Damon thing come from? Is this from the books as I can't see any indication of a relationship from the TV series. Even the books really don't seem to be going that direction - I just finished The Hunters Phantom so think I have read all of them. Have I missed something?
