Ok, so my first post on here tonight was a load of rubbish! It's the right top 2 in my book anyway. Helen would be reliable and you'd offer her a job tomorrow but her business plan isn't good enough. Tom would need a lot of guidance but lovely guy and brilliant at coming up with ideas (you just need a sieve!)
