Ruby appears to have had a really horrible facelift.

I think that Helen was quite strategic, asking to be PM when Melody was leading.

She knew that she had to get across to those in charge that she was not happy with the way that things were being done. She knows that Suralun hates people going on about what they should have done in the BR. So she did something that shows that she took action.
