I don't like New Bounce either - I really don't know why anyone is fussing over them.

It's interesting that SC decided not to do the auditions, maybe because he wasn't too bothered about more good acts getting through.
Usually the semis have the 'best' act on last each night. This series it has only happened on one night, the first when Ronan was on and won. I was surprised that they mixed them up, but this theory might explain why.

Finally, Simon said last night that the first time he met Ronan was at the first audition, which was interesting because he wasn't judging so why was he there?

I know 100% that some acts are "scouted" specifically for the live auditions. I have also seen one of the contracts that you are made to sign before they decide if you will go thru to the very long short list (the one that gets cut before the lives)

It is not necessarily Syco/Sony that you are scouted by either. ITV and BGT will also have their own researchers.

also the auditions that you see on the TV are not the first audition for the acts - it is the 2nd or 3rd. It is the first audition for the celebrity judges though.

I don't get the New Bounce thing either, the cringe-worthy over hyping of their talents is reminiscent of how Cowell was tying himself in knots to get us to vote for Wand Erection.

For gods sake he's a little boy! If even half of the allegations are true what's his mum thinking of never mind Simon!!! I would never let my dc be exposed to this.

Years (and years) ago I was on a popular dating show on prime time sat night tv...on the whole it was true but the date itself was staged and all the chat ad lib. I cannot believe in 2011 SYCO would allow anything to be viewed that isn't staged....all they are interested is£££££££. We used to be fans of ?BGT and XF but are fed up with all the tat this year, same goes for the apprentice too with all those nutters.
