am i nuts or has anyone else been watching and enjoying this? my dd who is 8 1/2 also really likes it....i think i need to get out more as i really love watching this programme, just wondered what others thought. years ago i worked in a swanky london hotel and perhaps it brings back memories but i like the people in this programme, actually, i quite fancy going to visit and the food despite guests complaining, i actually always feel hungry when they show scenes of them cooking :D

He was LOVELY! I think he was one of the ones that found a family a house to rent, and I think the rent was paid for perhaps 2 or 3 years, the dad was studying to get better qualifications so by the time they were going to be paying the rent themselves he would hopefully have been in a better job

Can't quite remember his family!

I watched last night for the first time - was it a typical episode?

It was a bit slow - but how I chuckled at that couple trying to rekindle their marriage in a hotel room with two teens and a randy dog :o

Wayne seemed lovely but the hotel overall seems a bit cheesy no? And DEAD!

I love how Wayne set the meal up for Paul and Lavi (I think that is her name)

Agree with you there Ettiketti - how on earth Nadine and her husband thought they could have a lovely weekend away with their teenagers, oh yes and the dog!! No way if I had that going on in my life would I agree for it to be filmed!

Next week looks interesting with Wayne and the other member of staff Marta I think!

I watched this for the first time last night and enjoyed it, but what were the "rekindling" couple thinking of, putting their kids through that?

Nadine and Kids seemed great but the husband was dreadful - "lets not talk about me having an affair and leaving you, lets talk about how I felt when you went out with another man after I had left you"! (Or words to that effect)

I was thinking how embarassed Nadine and her family must have been watching it on tv, especially for the dad seeing what his children actually think about him. Oh and they really should've got a room of their own!!

I agree unavailable, I was ranting to dh about him throughout. He's the one who had a full blown affair, she had 2 dates and yet it's down to her to sooth his bruised ego?!
