Jedward 'v' Blue. Go on... Which do you want to win?

Eurovision time in a few hours. Wasn't going to watch it this year but I might now....

Only today have I heard the UK entry by Blue. And it's... Well it's just another bland song. Is that it boys? Is that best you could come up with?

And I heard the Irish entry. And I cannot believe I am saying this. But yeah!!!! It made me cringe abit but my hips joined in.

So go team Jedward.

I can't believe I'm saying this, or that I have enough of an opinion to know or care, but go Team Jedward.

My only issue is - if they win, Ireland will have to host next year. Their economy is in enough of a state without having to deal with that.

But as Hassled says kind of hope they don't for the same reasons. My Dad worked in RTE for years and they hated when Ireland won as all the budgets were cut to fund the Eurovision.

So it's a massive overall consensus (the 4 of us) that Team Jedward are better than Blue.

I have just had another look on YouTube and I hope Jedward come 2nd ( so they don't cop the cost of hosting it) but predict Blue will not be in the top ten.

Oh, I love Blue's song! Of course, it's shit but it's a bit air-punchy - love it. It's all win-win if either win (except for Ireland, of course - then it's shit if they win)

I haven't heard the Blue song properly but from what I've heard it sounds a bit meh. I watched Jedward in the semis Thursday and their performance was so entertaining you can't help but enjoy it and the song is so catchy!

Jedward to win, Blue second so GB don't look like complete muppets, with quite close scoring so it's fun to watch.

Jedward are lovely!!!!! they're not at all rude, when I took my little neice to see them they made an effort to sign autographs for every kid that asked. They were so nice to their fans. Musical they may not be but I don't think they can be accused of being spoiled or rude.

I'm going for jedward to win. ireland is in a bit of a mess but look at it that if they host eurovision next year 1) i get to go and 2) a tourist boom seriously thousands of people travel to the host country for it even if they're not going to the actual show.

I haven't heard either song but I'm rooting for Jedward because they seem like nice young and Lee Ryan is a tool.
