Loving it; all you who posted in November 02 on Property Ladder, who bitched and carped and believed everything you saw and heard! And a mum friend of mine saw your comments. Don't you know everything on that programme is staged and changed? Don't you know everything is done to keep the expert looking like the expert, a woman who inherited her properties and has never done up a house in her life!! Well, who's laughing now, eh??!! The blonde who knew she'd sell to a gay couple and did, who knew the roof wouldn't come up on survey and saved herself £2000, who didn't 'rip out' any fireplaces as all except one were 1960's gas fires, the one who only paid £2500 for the Intoto kitchen, but Property Ladder wouldn't show the discount, the one who sold it for £190,000, and the one who admits the bathroom was crap!!! The skinny blonde with a portfolio of £2m because she DIDN'T listen to the experts. So ha ha ha he he he, you bunch of negative mums, get a life and get out there and have a go, instead of bitching over your keyboards.
Oh and 'Tinker', men are such pitiful fools, 'ruined his life', what a pile of tosh

OP posts:

Didn't Rosie Millard have a property portfolio of £1m+? But she was still a debt-ladden cow?

katierocket · 01/11/2005 11:13

makes me think of in The Apprentice when that idiot was going on about how he had "millions" in property when actually it was all mortgaged up to the hilt.

zippitippitoes · 01/11/2005 11:13

It rather depends on the equity level/rental etc too ie the actual cash in return

gingerbear · 01/11/2005 11:15

I'd prefer £2m in the bank than a 'portfolio'

hunkermunker · 01/11/2005 11:16

I wasn't posting on here in November 2002.

Am I still allowed to ROFL?!

Blimey. Loon-alert!

heavenis · 01/11/2005 11:16

With her £2m she could get some anger management.

Well Skinny blonde you'll have boosted CH4 ratings tonight so we can have a bloody good laught.

Thank god for people like you.

bosscat · 01/11/2005 11:16

but isn't it really strange that they would remember an internet conversation going on that a friend told them about in 2002, and then bother to come on and comment about it? How very strange.

expatinscotland · 01/11/2005 11:17

Sad, more like it, bosscat.

gingerbear · 01/11/2005 11:17

do you think it is one of these?

expatinscotland · 01/11/2005 11:20

Betcha The Beeny's 'norks' - and bank accounts - are still greater than 'skinny blonde's ever will be .

heavenis · 01/11/2005 11:20

lol gingerbear

gingerbear · 01/11/2005 11:21

That is it - Nork Envy!!

puff · 01/11/2005 13:15

loving it

NomDePlume · 01/11/2005 13:22

I can't remember this episode but I'll be tuning in to PMSL tonight.

I do enjoy a nutter...

heavenis · 01/11/2005 13:58

Bump

Tinker · 01/11/2005 14:02

Blimey, just spotted my name!

iota · 01/11/2005 14:02

yes you were named and shamed Tinker ha ha

iota · 01/11/2005 14:03

I was on the 2002 thread but in a former incarnation

gingerbear · 01/11/2005 14:04

I sprung to your defence Tinker. Twas not you!

Gobbledispook · 01/11/2005 14:08

OMG - what a treasure this thread is! Must have a larf at this psycho tonight then!

Wasn't around on MN in 2002 though, can I still join in?

expatinscotland · 01/11/2005 14:08

W/a 'portfolio' like that, however, there's no need for nork envy .

Tinker · 01/11/2005 14:12

Thanks gb, just read the thread now. And the "November 02" one. Quite disappointed she's got it wrong now, wanted to be remembered. [stamps foot]

SecondhandRose · 01/11/2005 14:15

Couldn't find my name on the first thread but have been reincarnated several times since then. If it's any help miasi DH only watches it to look at Beeny's boobies. I am really sorry on behalf of Mumsnet that you have been stewing quietly about this for the last 3 years and hope you find peace after tonight's show.

Enid · 01/11/2005 14:15
Grin
JoolsToo · 01/11/2005 14:23

I thought the prog tonight was a revisit to the blonde Manc girl last year who wouldn't repair the roof and did a dodgy bathroom?

where does 2002 come into it?
