Only one episode to go. What am I going to do once this has finished? It has been on for years. I have had to wait until the penultimate episode for JRM not to look gorgeous.

I think the ageing was to show he is ill? Considering they didn't go for the fat, bloated, stinking Henry and have portrayed him as a fox for this series.

Brandon should be dead too if they were following reality.

No one has noticed that young Prince Edward is as Irish sounding as anything?

It's a bit of fun with the occasional bit of history thrown in when they remember it. Still think the best part was during Anne Boleyn's era for this show.

Historians may be convulsing over the inaccuracies but lets face it, with American backing...Hollywood has such a fragile grasp of facts.

I'm wondering, now they've suddenly introduced one of Brandon's sons are they going to continue with the Tudor children and have Brandon's grand-daughter Lady Jane Grey make an appearance? Just pretend there hasn't been any mention of them so far and according to earlier in the series that whole line shouldn't exist at all.

I absolutely cannot wait to see how many years JRM has aged in the final episode. The addition of the jowls in the last episode was hilarious!

The whole thing is just a load of old shite, but I am going to miss it. I have to say it's pretty decent "gateway history", though. I have learned tons about the Tudors because I usually run to the internet right after an episode to find out what really happened.

Think I need to watch series 1 & 2 again to remind myself how much I used to fancy him Grin
