House Gift - would you actually want any of it?

The one on Friday where the choice was

1. Some old chipped mirror and shaite candlesticks that actually cost a grand
2. A clapped out old mangle with a bit of glass stuck on to make and avant garde table.
3. Can't remember but was rubbish

I can remember in the first series there was some nice stuff, like wallpaper that LLB had printed and some venetian glass, but this time its just a load of old toot.

well watching todays....nope!

Me and DD watched it and got all angry. It makes no sense. Why does the one with the smallest budget get the smallest car???? Why do they do that ridiculous thing where someone gets bonus money off someone else???

And why, to be honest, do they do any of it in the first place???? What is the bloody house gift actually for??????????

and why would anyone want Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen to buy something for their house????

I can only assume he was under contract to make some programme or other and it's just a new 'vehicle' for him. Some of the gallery / shop owners really did see ihm coming didn't they/

Last Friday was funny as the homeowners were gutted that they hadn't picked the grand and ended up with a fugly old mangle that wasn't from design place in Hoxton.
