Probably the most irritating house hunters I have ever seen on this type of programme. They are making me want to slap the tv.

the Greyhound pub is one that we go to and this house they are looking at has been on the market for a long time and is my dream house.

I hope they don't buy it!

I don't usually feel sorry for P&K but I do this week.

Agree - I have been tutting and eye rolling at this -what a couple of miserable bastards house hunters.

It did drop in price to £1.2 from £1.5.

Yeah I was just thinking I wouldn't want to rent a holiday cottage or a room from that chap David. I can't think how either of the pair would add a "feel good factor" to any holiday of mine - that's for sure!

I don't understand the budget change. I'm sure at the outset they had £1.2 for the pub and £400,000 for the separate accommodation which makes a total of £1.6 and makes the b&b within budget.

Weren't they awful? Can't think of any people less used to the hospitality industry - he was a grump and she just wanted to play tennis all day.

God they were horrible, I know editing can do a lot, but they don;t usually try and show people in a bad light.

How on earth Kirstie managed o not thump him I don;t know!

I think it's the only relocation relocation that I haven't bothered to watch to the end. A loathesome man, but not even one you love-to-hate.

Just watched this programme - the couple were awful and so rude to Phil at the end. (How dare they be rude to lovely Phil! )

He isnt so lovely!
We had the Pleasure of watching him behind the scenes while filmimg relocation,he was the moodiest,most sourfaced man ever!

Maybe it was just an off day but we couldnt believe it as he seemed so nice on tv.

I read in the paper today that Fiona Phillips has bought the pub featured on this programme.
