Is it just me or is Six Feet Under totally brilliant?

Omg I am obsessed with this programme.

I didn't see it first time round, but always wished I had. Now watching from the start on sky Atlantic.

It's amazing, it's my highlight of the week now taking over from brothers and sisters. Love all the characters.

Anyone else watching?

How many series did it run?

you are very lucky if you're just starting to watch this. it is brilliant. if we had sky atlantic we'd be watching it too, even though we have it all on dvd. it's that good :)

mosschops30 · 27/02/2011 21:12

I have series envy! One of my favourites of all time - so original

diddl · 28/02/2011 10:13

I loved that programme but didn´t see all as I don´t have Sky.

Wasn´t the ending a bit crap though?

Meglet · 28/02/2011 10:14

I loved it first time round. Never watched it to the end though.

turnitup · 28/02/2011 11:24

No the ending was amazing, the best ending to a series ever

clangermum · 28/02/2011 11:57

yes, brilliant ending considering, but won't say any more

Bomper · 28/02/2011 12:15

VivaLeBeaver · 28/02/2011 12:19

Is sky atlantic on freeview?

Whitershadeofpale · 28/02/2011 13:28

It's my favorite programme of all time, please report back after the final episode, it's amazing. But sorry to disappoint it's only 5 seasons long.

timetomoveon · 28/02/2011 18:43

It is absolutely the best series in the world, ever. Ever. And the ending was great. Loved it!
Enjoy :)

joydivisionovengloves · 28/02/2011 18:52

One of my favourites too. Gets better and better. Wish I could erase my memory of it and watch it all anew.

lucyspangle · 28/02/2011 20:35

I watched the original from start to finish- and I am going to do the same all over again.

Wonderful -never disappoints.

BitOfFun · 28/02/2011 22:19

I bought the boxset recently because DP had never seen it. We watched the whole lot in about a month Grin. Brilliant- I loved it.

Whitershadeofpale · 01/03/2011 11:18

TanteRose · 01/03/2011 11:20

TanteRose · 01/03/2011 11:21

nothing rivals SFU in my books...

Vintagepommery · 01/03/2011 11:21

Yes - it's my fave series ever.

FannyAnny · 01/03/2011 14:31

My favourite of all time too. Love every single character - not often you can say that! Each episode stays with you for ages afterwards. Sign of great writing and acting. Was so sad when it ended. And always wanted to look like Claire!

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/03/2011 15:59

its fab and weird seeing

dexter in it and kissing men
laywer bloke from dirty sexy money
girl from brothers and sister

if you have missed any, think on no 5 series one then can catch up online

clangermum · 01/03/2011 16:32

Cried buckets at the end - was completely drained and taken by surprise at what they'd done with it, when I realised what was happening it was almost unbearable but weirdly natural to watch it all unfold. Haven't really engaged with a series like that again.
