If I want my house sold, I wanted presented in the best light....Mary, if a dress in a shop was modelled by a trog, in bad lighting, you wouldn't be impressed, and would have words with the retailer.

If I want to buy a dress for £9.99 I acept I will have to queue on a Saturday afternoon to pay fo0r it as the store can't budget for masses of staff.

Loved the last series, am disappointed in this one. Mary, you are starting to make a tit of yourself. Shock

Some elements of the show are a bit mad, such as the storming the shops at the end.

However, I love it because most of her ideas are spot on.

The mobile phone stores last week looked so much better. Of course we don't want dummy phones, we want to try before we buy.

The idea that agents should learn all about the houses they are trying to flog was also excellent. TBH I never understand why sellers opt for the agents to do viewings. Its your house, why not show people around it yourselves and point out what you love about it?

its an ego massage BUT I think she has a point re astate agents

Agree this series is dire but I liked the last one.
The structure is all wrong - is she trying to help shops make more money or trying to get better service for customers.
And how stupid does she think people are - who would buy a sofa in the wrong colour or size? And who wouldn't notice that a house didn't have a garden without being told? She also seemed to miss the point that most people understand that estate agents talk in 'code' and get that it is a kind of shorthand.
We know that we get what we pay for!
