Anyone watching pre-teen proms on BBC Scotland?

11 year olds going to the school dance in Maseratis and horsedrawn carriages? A bit much?

It's horrible. All the 4 inch heels and the 'you don't want the boys to think you don't look nice' is so sad.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. It seems distasteful to me, they should be climbing trees and playing tig surely - well, at that age that's what I was doing, and I'm only 29!
