I love TBBT and have watched it since day 1, it's the best sitcom since Friends. I love the Soft Kitty song that Sheldon makes Penny sing to him when he's ill! You are right Adversecamber, all the eqations and sciencey stuff is all conpletely correct - I once saw an interview with the creator of the show who confirmed they have special science consultants to ensure accuracy.

I'm a little bit in love with Johnny Galecki, which increases my viewing pleasure no end.

Series three arrived from Amazon today so am looking forward to watching that in bed later

Ha ha! I was looking at that one too. I got dh and ds matching space invaders ones in dark green and cream for Christmas (from Geek T-shirts). Ds got a real kick out of wearing the same as Daddy (his hero) not sure how dh felt deep down but loved that ds loved it. They are Fruit of the Loom ones. They are quite thick and I have just ironed ds one and it wasn't too bad. There are only a few on that site that I like though.

When my dd wants to get my attention (Mummy, tiny pause, Mummy, tiny pause, Mummy, tiny pause ...) she always makes me think of Sheldon knocking on Penny's door.

I love love love this programme. Only recently got into it when DH saw an episode on a plane and bought the first series on DVD.

We love it and we sing along. There's a shop near us called something like 'Sheldon Electricals' and I always get the urge to run in and shout 'Bazinga' at them.

Anyone recognise Amy, Sheldon's 'girlfriend'?

She played Blossom, in the programme of the same name, many moons ago. Loved it when I was younger.

Howard's outfits make me laugh out loud.

We loved Blossom too when we were younger (in separate households obviously then) Dh spotted her straight away.
Howard's outfits are majorly creepy - imagine meeting someone dressed like that!

I love the shape of Sheldon's head.

Quite fancy Leonard too.

Great scripts - very funny. One of my favs.

We're big fans too... DP uis an IT geek and i'm a science geek so between us we get all the geek jokes too which make it all the funnier

Love this show. So glad I've found you all, none of my rl friends like it and I was feeling like a bit of a weirdo!

It's the only show that makes me laugh out loud - too many things to mention right now, but Sheldon's vendetta against evil Will Wheaton is brilliant. Also love Howard and Raj's 'ersatz homosexual marriage' and other insights by Leonard's mum.
