Didn't Steph run someone else over years ago

Watching Neighbours today and I was just wondering - didn't Steph run someone over/kill someone years ago on her motorbike?

I have a horrible feeling she is going to get off somehow - though how Kate changing her statement or Libby lying for Steph is going to change the fact that she was under the influence of alchohol when she hit Ringo, I do not know, especially adding in the testimony of the other driver she nearly ran into on the way out of the motel car park.

I can't see how she has any defence, frankly.

don't think steph has much to worry about as all sam seems to do is go into harolds or charlies to order coffee, not much work going into the prosecution case.
