Brothers and Sisters - just bloody marvellous US drama, based around one large family with the fantastic Sally Field as the mum. You can get it in boxsets, I just download from internet as I don't think it's on the UK telly anymore. And for comedy, The US office is still really good.

Oh and if you can get hold of The United States of Tara, please do. It's really good.

Right, for now we're going to try Mad Men and Misfits. Thanks for all your ideas.
Raahh - I'd forgotten to mention 'The IT Crowd' - brilliant. It's great when you find stuff on 4OD that's had loads of series and you can watch them all at once (well, spread out over evenings of course - even I couldn't manage 6 series of 'Shameless' in one sitting!).
