Because they seem to get easier questions, or if they get a hard question they pretend to have no idea, then just "luckily" guess the right answer from seemingly nowhere.

I don't know why I watch it as it just annoys me lol

As if by magic a researcher appears. I would be up for joining the team if it ever happens.
I know lots about all sorts of stuff, but don't have an in depth knowledge of anything (apart from Adrian Chiles of course).
If the MN team ever does come to fruition and win any money, maybe they could donate some to Daphne. I saw it last night and her teeth seemed to be slipping about dreadfully.

It can't be fixed 'cos the challengers have to choose to go 1st or 2nd. did you see last nights little children (all uni students) being completely floored?

I was on Eggheads! I didn't go through the auditions, although the rest of the team did. The team had 2 people who couldn't make it, and as I'd volunteered initially, they asked if I'd do it, so 2 days later I was in the film studio :). We didn't win...

What's with CJ's eyebrows than? they are not right at all....

He plucks them or has them plucked (that's what my DH says!) he probably has a monobrow if he doesn't. I wish they'd loosen up and clap one another; typical english (and I'm english!)

One of friends was in a team from a museum who won £36K a few years ago - he doesnt think its fixed - and he ended up pretty much winning it single handed. Very knowledgeable chap though.

I like the way Daphne actually WANTS the challengers to win, the others are smug though., What does annoy me is that damned repetitive script that Jeremy and the other one have to parrot anyone agree?
