Horrible Histories – any fans out there?

Only discovered this a couple of weeks ago ? loving it!! If only history coupld be tought like this at school and I might have paid more notice...

I like it but it makes my children feel sick so they refuse to watch it

We love Horrible Histories, especially the Four Georges song, charles II, Vikings. My ds has learnt a great deal of history, also from the stories, reading one at the moment called Blackout Blitz.

DH and I enjoy it as much as the DC

DD (8) and I quote bits of it to each other. Very Pythonesque! (Have you see the Roman legion one with the Life of Brian-style names?)
It's made me more interested in history too - I found it so dull at school!
I'm recording it on Sky+ imminently - frankly I don't care if DD wants to see it: it's for me!

Me and the DH and the DC's all really love this show.

Brilliant and DC's actually do learn stuff too.

It's brilliant, I love it. I quite fancy one of them, the one that plays Henry VIII among others.

DS really wants a stupid deaths costume for halloween, am trying to source a wig and scythe. Didn't know there was a play, was it recent? I am so there with or without the dcs!
