blondes have you seen this one yet? in a fit of impatience stupidity i googled the ending. it looks like a truly shocking series. Im so excited about it. been rewatching S3 and it was near perfection. have final two episodes to watch tomorrow night.

no i havent seen any of them, i tend to tease wait till its on fx

but bet its nothing like the books im still that doakes is dead

from what i can gather its totally different, ikwym about doakes. he was a great character. lose another biggie this season.

im also a little disappointed that they didnt go the "training" route with cody and astor too.

doakes was the best and knew about dexter yet nothing could be said

im wondering how dexter manages to be a married man and a dad yet still murder

i also love the fact that debs knows about him (in the books) it adds another dimension to their relationship and makes her almost another of his victims. have you read dexter by design yet?

is that the 4th book or is there another no 5?

i know they are making series 5 as dexter had cancer during end of filming series 4 and he said he is fine now and filming new series

its the 4th book, not the best though. i love the second one.

oooh, that looks interesting. must say that i was losing intrest in the books due to dexters lack of emotion. in the series michael c hall plays him so well and he does have feelings (however awkward they are) and THATS the dexter i love.

i have never actually watched it i just put it on the sky+ for dh, but this afternoon dh watched it and i sort of caught it and had no idea what or who it was about, but dh seemed very excited about it so it must be good
